The Kalter/Lezotte House is probably the most unusual
building we've done. One look at the preliminary drawings and we knew
we had to build this house. Not surprisingly, it was an extremely
complicated structure to put together. Just getting the house staked out
proved to be quite a challenge. In the end, rather than spending
$15,000 for a surveyor to do it, we used our own in-house expertise to
get it done. Recognized by the American Institute of Architects, the
house has stood the test of time. Walking through it today, the quality
of the craftsmanship is as evident as it was the day our clients moved
in.
