Our client bought this cottage on Base Line
Lake in late fall, and planned for a Memorial Day completion.
Redesigned as a summery Victorian, the cottage underwent a complete
transformation. We replaced and relocated every door and window,
including two large oval stained glass windows. Exposed knotty pine
and fir helped the interior look, feel, and smell like a cottage.
We constructed a large deck facing the water, and despite a tough
winter and tight timeframe, finished in time for the new owners to
enjoy their entire summer on the lake.
